By accessing or using CricMind.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

CricMind.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

CricMind.ai is an AI-powered cricket intelligence platform that provides:

  - Match predictions and win probability analysis
  - Player performance profiles and statistics
  - Live match intelligence and ball-by-ball analysis
  - Historical IPL data and records (2008-2025)
  - AI-generated editorial content and analysis
  - Fan prediction voting and leaderboards

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

IMPORTANT: All predictions, analysis, and insights on CricMind.ai are generated by CricMind AI.

  > AI content is clearly labelled throughout the Platform.
  > Predictions are probabilistic estimates, NOT certainties.
  > AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  > Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future results.

CricMind.ai does NOT claim to predict match outcomes with certainty. All AI-generated content should be treated as analytical commentary, not factual assertions.

ALL PREDICTIONS ON CRICMIND.AI ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

  - Predictions are NOT betting advice.
  - Predictions are NOT financial recommendations.
  - Predictions should NOT be used for gambling decisions.
  - CricMind.ai does NOT facilitate, encourage, or promote betting or gambling of any kind.

Users are solely responsible for their own decisions. CricMind.ai accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from reliance on AI predictions.

CricMind.ai is an editorial and analytical platform, not a betting or fantasy sports platform.

CricMind.ai is an INDEPENDENT analytical platform.

  - We are NOT affiliated with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
  - We are NOT affiliated with the Indian Premier League (IPL).
  - We are NOT affiliated with any IPL franchise or cricket board.
  - We are NOT an official source of IPL data or statistics.

All use of team names, player names, and tournament references is purely editorial and for identification purposes. "IPL" and related trademarks are the property of BCCI. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Account creation is optional for basic Platform use. When you create an account:

  - You must provide accurate information.
  - You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  - You must not share your account credentials.
  - You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

  [04]  Interfere with Platform infrastructure or security

  [07]  Circumvent rate limits or access controls
  [08]  Resell or redistribute Platform content commercially
        without an API licence agreement
  [09]  Use automated tools to access the Platform beyond
        the documented public API
  [10]  Post abusive, hateful, or harassing content

All content on CricMind.ai is owned by or licenced to CricMind.ai:

  > AI-GENERATED CONTENT
    Analysis, predictions, and insights generated by our AI
    are the intellectual property of CricMind.ai.

  > PLATFORM DESIGN
    The CricMind.ai brand, design system, visual identity,
    and user interface are proprietary.

  > DATA VISUALISATIONS
    Charts, graphs, and custom cricket visualisations are
    proprietary to CricMind.ai.

  > USER CONTENT
    By submitting predictions or votes, you grant CricMind.ai
    a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display
    that content on the Platform.

Cricket statistics and historical data are factual and not copyrightable. Our unique analysis and presentation of that data is protected.

CricMind Pro is a paid one-time access pass:

  - Pricing: \u20B9499 one-time payment (as displayed on /premium)
  - Access period: Full IPL 2026 season (March 28 – May 31, 2026)
  - Billing: One-time payment via Stripe, no recurring charges
  - Refunds: No refunds after purchase
  - Changes: We may modify Premium features with 30 days notice

Free tier users may access limited features as described on the Platform.

The CricMind.ai public API (/api/v1/*) is subject to:

  - Rate limits as defined per tier (Free: 100 req/day)
  - API key authentication required for all requests
  - No redistribution of API responses without licence
  - Fair use: no bulk data extraction beyond rate limits
  - SLA terms apply only to Enterprise tier customers

Abuse of the API will result in key revocation without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

CricMind.ai, its operators, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

  - Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  - Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  - Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
  - Decisions made based on AI predictions or analysis
  - Third-party service outages (Roanuz, CricMind AI, Supabase)

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CricMind.ai and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  - Your use of the Platform
  - Your violation of these Terms
  - Your violation of any third-party rights
  - Content you submit to the Platform

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:
  - Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
  - We may delete your account data
  - Provisions that by their nature should survive (liability,
    indemnification, IP) will continue to apply
